## 2. Definitions
- **"Skill"** — A digital product consisting of AI agent configurations, code, prompts, or related assets sold on the Platform.
- **"Seller"** — A user who lists and sells Skills on the Platform.
- **"Buyer"** — A user who purchases Skills on the Platform.
- **"User"** — Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

## 3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

## 4. Marketplace Rules
### For Sellers:
- You must have the legal right to sell any Skill you list
- Skills must not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
- You are responsible for accurate descriptions and documentation
- You must respond to buyer support requests in a timely manner
- You grant Sitelore a license to display and promote your Skills
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings
### For Buyers:
- You receive a license to use purchased Skills according to the Skill License Agreement
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased Skills without permission
- You are responsible for how you use and deploy Skills
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (Section 8)

## 5. Prohibited Content
You may not list or sell Skills that:
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain malware, backdoors, or security vulnerabilities
- Facilitate illegal activities
- Violate privacy or data protection laws
- Harass, harm, or deceive users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

## 6. Payments and Fees
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Sellers receive payment minus our platform fee (see current fee schedule)
- Payouts are processed according to our standard schedule
- You are responsible for any taxes owed on transactions
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

## 7. Intellectual Property
### Your Content:
You retain ownership of Skills you create and list. By listing on Sitelore, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and facilitate the sale of your Skills.
### Our Content:
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CityBucketList.com, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

## 8. Refund Policy
- Digital products are generally non-refundable due to their nature
- Refunds may be issued if a Skill is significantly not as described
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Disputes are resolved at our discretion

## 9. Limitation of Liability
**THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.**
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for the actions of Sellers or Buyers
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months

## 10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CityBucketList.com, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Skills you create, sell, or use

## 11. Dispute Resolution
### Between Users:
We encourage Buyers and Sellers to resolve disputes directly. We may mediate but are not obligated to do so.
### With Sitelore:
Any disputes with us shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

## 12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

## 13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform ends immediately
- Sellers must fulfill any pending orders
- We may retain data as required by law
