# Skill License Agreement

This Skill License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase and use of AI agent skills, configurations, and related digital products ("Skills") on the Sitelore marketplace.

## 1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a Skill, the Seller grants you a **non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to:

- Use the Skill for personal or commercial purposes (unless otherwise specified)
- Modify the Skill for your own use
- Deploy the Skill in your AI agents and applications

## 2. Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by the Seller, you may **NOT**:

- Redistribute, resell, or share the Skill with others
- Offer the Skill as part of a competing marketplace
- Remove or alter any attribution, copyright notices, or license terms
- Claim the Skill as your original work
- Use the Skill in a way that violates applicable laws

## 3. License Types

Sellers may offer different license tiers:

### Personal License (Default)
- Use in your own projects
- No redistribution rights
- Typically single-user

### Team/Business License
- Use across a team or organization
- May include additional users
- Check listing for specifics

### Extended/Reseller License
- May include redistribution rights
- Allows inclusion in products for sale
- Check listing for specifics

## 4. Ownership

- **Seller** retains all intellectual property rights to the Skill
- **You** own any modifications you make for your personal use
- **You** own any outputs or results generated by using the Skill
- **Sitelore** does not claim ownership of any Skills

## 5. Updates and Support

- Updates are provided at the Seller's discretion
- Support terms vary by Seller and listing
- Check each listing for support availability
- Sitelore does not provide support for individual Skills

## 6. Refunds

- Skills are digital products and are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be available if a Skill:
  - Does not function as described
  - Contains undisclosed security issues
  - Is significantly different from the listing
- Request refunds within 14 days of purchase through Sitelore

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

**SKILLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.**

Neither Sellers nor Sitelore warrant that Skills will:
- Meet your specific requirements
- Be error-free or uninterrupted
- Be compatible with all systems
- Produce particular results

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- **Sellers** are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- **Sitelore** is not liable for any damages arising from Skills
- **You** are responsible for testing Skills before production use
- **You** assume all risk for deploying Skills in your systems

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Skill.

## 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sellers and Sitelore against any claims arising from:

- Your use of purchased Skills
- Modifications you make to Skills
- Violation of this Agreement
- Violation of third-party rights

## 10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you:

- Violate any terms of this Agreement
- Attempt unauthorized redistribution
- Use Skills for illegal purposes

Upon termination, you must:
- Stop using the Skill immediately
- Delete all copies in your possession

## 11. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Skills complies with:

- All applicable laws and regulations
- Data protection and privacy requirements
- Export control regulations
- Third-party terms of service (e.g., AI provider terms)

## 12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
